Below are some of the jobs I specialize in and have had experience with in the past.
I haven't formally built up a list of references yet, but if you'd like to speak to any of the clients I've had in the past I'd be happy to try and get you some references.
01 General Alterations
Daily business wear, including western and indian apparel. I alter pants, blouses, skirts, dresses, sew on loose buttons, and any other alterations you need help with.
02 Clothing Design
Sari blouses, churidhar sets, lehnga/lehenga sets, children's indian traditional wear and more. Most of my work is customized around clothing design. I primarily do women's attire, but can do very general custom male clothing work depending on what's needed. Just speak to me about your specific design needs and we can determine what's possible.
03 Special Events
I have experience in dressing, and styling south asian outfits for special events. Specifically, I have expertise dressing brides and wedding parties for weddings (including sari pleating), indian dance troupes, and other large or small groups.
