Hi everyone! My name is Nithi, and I'm a professional South Asian seamstress who has +30 years of experience designing, tailoring, and styling South Asian apparel. My expertise is in sari blouses, indian dance costumes, indian children's wear, dressing and preparing outfits for special events (weddings, mehndi ceremonies, etc.) I do mostly custom work according to the needs of my clientele.

I've been working in clothing design and tailoring for most of my life as a hobby. Now that I'm retired I've decided to turn something I love into a small business.

style masks
Since the start of the COVID19 pandemic I've started stitching customized surgical-style masks. Many of my family members are healthcare workers and I strongly support the need for high-quality personal protective equipment. I design a particular style of surgical mask that has in-built pockets. These allow you to insert commercially-available filters that can further prevent the direct flow and exhalation of airborne particles. Contact me if you would like to learn more!
